Live life in full bloom at Gladwyn, a storybook collection of 20 modern townhomes reminiscent of the tranquil English countryside and its romantic gardens. With their pretty floral touches and garden focal points, these dreamy homes look as if they were lifted out of a page of a watercolour sketchbook.

Gladwyn features contemporary interiors with a nod to the traditional. Open concept living spaces with elevated 9-foot ceilings are accentuated by elegant crown moulding that lends a touch of grandeur. European-inspired laminate flooring completes the aesthetic with a pleasing balance of polish and charm. In keeping with the artistry of the vision, the iDesign team selected two colour schemes from a watercolour palette: white modern shaker cabinetry contrasted by a cool aqua-toned artisan tile backsplash for a pop of colour, or soft grey cabinetry complimented by white artisan tiles. Brushed brass faucets by Kohler and coordinating cabinetry knobs evoke a nostalgic feel of days gone by. The functional, well-planned kitchens are a chef’s dream with Cosentino Silestone countertops which are as beautiful as they are hardwearing, and the innovative GE appliance package which takes the daily cooking experience to a whole new level. The result is only the beginning: these beautiful homes are an idyllic setting just waiting for families to paint their stories.
